This is a really nice board. The personalization looks great and it has places you can put some crackers or whatever you want in the two compartments. It would make a great gift.
So what are the slight problems? First the compartments. They are okay but limit what you can put in them because of the size. Really too small for a cheese dip unless you want to keep filling it. Just like the nuts shown in the picture. Unless people only eat one nut at a time not very helpful. A preference thing but it would make more sense to make it one large area to fill how you want.
Second issue is the covering on the board. Most cutting/cheese boards have wood that needs to be oiled and isn't sealed. This has a plastic like coating. Past experience is that coating will peel away a bit after a few cuts make it through. Easier to clean to start but will be a problem with time.
Third thing is storage. You get these little serving "blades" that are nice. But they will fall out when storing so put them in a plastic bag that seals for storage (not included). Always a problem with this type of thing.
It is a nice board though and something I will use when appropriate.
